Mother's Day Gift In A Jar
This week I made a Mother's Day Gift In A Jar using DOVE® chocolate as part of a sponsored post. This is such an easy and fun gift to make, your kids can probably do it without much help! #SharetheDOVE
Mother's Day is coming! This will be the first year that I will have both my mother and my mother in law around for Mother's Day. Sadly, I will be at 30,000 ft coming back from a conference for the first half of the day. Which is why this year I decided not to procrastinate and to think of some fun gifts that didn't require me to meet shipping cutoff dates. Say hello to Mother's Day In A Jar. AKA lots of random awesomeness.

Healthy Clean Housewarming Gift Basket - My Healthy Home
I made this my healthy home housewarming basket as part of a sponsored post for #CollectiveBias and their advertiser. #WalgreensOlogy
Since moving from New York to California I'd like to think that I've relaxed as a person in some regards. My extreme sense of the NYC rush has slowly dissipated. I no longer find myself tapping my foot while the guy at the bagel store works at a leisurely pace. However, some things don't change. The "here's what I want, now how can we make that happen?"mentality has not left the building. And becoming a parent has definitely magnified certain neuroses. Can you relate?

DIY Chalkboard Globe - Pottery Barn Kids Copycat
Make this easy chalkboard globe that looks just like the one from Pottery Barn Kids. It's the perfect DIY project for back to school or your playroom.
Generally speaking, I don't browse stores and think "I could make that in a second!" But it's happened a couple of times lately. One time involved a pair of rhinocerous bookends. The baby obviously NEEDS rhinocerious bookends. More on that later though. The other involved a chalkboard painted globe. A $59 chalkboard globe. Child please!

A Little Ones Baby Registry + Pre Baby Bonding Time
This weekend I had a little girl's day and made a Kohl's Little Ones baby registry as part of a sponsored post for #CollectiveBias and their advertiser.
Time is flying and suddenly that teeny tiny blip on an ultrasound is just a few months away from being a son, a grandson, a baby brother, and most importantly a second chance for Craig and I to experience being the parents of a little baby. Hopefully under much less stressful conditions. Which brings me to my next stress point. Oh yeah, it's been 5+ years since we had a baby
